In this primarily driving post, you will conduct routine mobile patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and professionalism. You will document activity and share timely updates with site contacts, bringing our agile, reliable, and innovative approach while delivering through teamwork and acting with integrity.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and the perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
Monitor access points, check credentials as required, and assist with visitor management and/or contractor access in accordance with site requirements.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or local emergency services when needed.
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observed hazards in written reports, and promptly communicate notable conditions to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision.
