You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide strong customer service and clear communication to teams on site. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license, and offers a chance to work with an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and leads with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.41 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Proof of a high school diploma and/or GED is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns to site leadership and/or appropriate public services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking lots, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access at designated entry points by monitoring pedestrian and vehicle traffic, verifying authorization, and directing visitors and deliveries to the proper check-in process.
• Complete security-related documentation, including incident reports, patrol logs, and shift handoffs, and communicate relevant updates to the next shift and/or site contacts.
