Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Driver Patrol in Fairless Hills, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and deliver strong customer service while supporting a people-first, integrity-driven team. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy requirements. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including offices, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor flow by verifying identification and/or credentials, directing guests and vendors, and reporting access concerns per site procedures.
Complete detailed patrol logs and incident reports, operate site communication tools as assigned, and support security-related drills and/or post orders as required.
