As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. You will interact with visitors and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the commercial real estate location.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials of individuals entering the premises as required by site policies.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while performing patrol duties.
Document incidents and complete security-related reports according to company and site requirements.
