As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. You will interact with tenants and visitors, respond to incidents, and support a secure environment. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
At least 21 years of age is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Assist visitors, tenants, and/or staff with directions, information, and security-related matters.
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary.
Follow all company and site-specific protocols to uphold a secure environment for all occupants.
