As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a highly visible presence that can help to deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants and visitors with professional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting of concerns. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and communicating updates to site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of building common areas, exterior perimeter, loading dock, and/or parking areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify credentials where required, and help maintain orderly entry and exit in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete security-related reports and logs, and coordinate with property management and/or first responders when requested.
