As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating with building occupants. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Must be able to ride a bike.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any irregularities.
Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual observations, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Interact professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff, offering assistance and information as needed while maintaining a visible presence.
Follow all instructions and protocols provided by Allied Universal and site management to support a secure environment.
