As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout a commercial real estate location. Your presence and proactive approach contribute to a welcoming environment, while your commitment to customer service and communication fosters positive interactions. This role may involve driving responsibilities as you monitor the property, reflecting our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork.

Requirements

This is primarily a driving post.
Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related breaches, or hazards encountered during patrols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities.
Communicate and collaborate with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment.
Follow all site-specific post orders and protocols as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
