Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
• Document all activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns as they arise.
