Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Building Patrol in Hollywood, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout a commercial real estate location. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal training and protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible Allied Universal presence.
Document and report security-related incidents or irregularities according to site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
Work collaboratively with property management, tenants, and visitors to address security-related needs and provide assistance as needed.
