As a Security Officer - Unarmed Building Patrol in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your presence and exceptional customer service will support a positive experience for all visitors and tenants. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and respond to various situations while embodying our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
