As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will engage with individuals on-site, providing excellent customer service and clear communication. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology and telecommunications location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor assigned areas for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings as directed.
Support access control protocols by observing entrances and exits, and assisting with visitor management procedures as required.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance.
Document and report incidents, observations, and daily activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
