Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you'll be responsible for patrolling assigned areas by vehicle. Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor the premises for any unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols.
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors while upholding Allied Universal standards.
Assist with access control and visitor management as needed.
Complete incident and patrol reports accurately and promptly.
