As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location, particularly in a technology and media environment.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to address security-related needs and support the overall operation.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site protocols.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and helping to manage visitor entry as appropriate for the location.
