As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a tech, media, or telecom location, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with visitors and staff. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the location, particularly in a tech, media, or telecom environment.
Collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives to address security-related needs and maintain a secure environment.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.
Assist with access control and visitor management procedures as required by site-specific policies.
