As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor for unusual activity or security-related concerns within the tech, media, and telecom setting, reporting observations as required.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related needs and concerns.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and security-related activities as directed by site procedures.
