As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and media locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and assist with emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter security-related risks.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.
Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities according to site protocols.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment in a tech, media, or telecom setting.
