As an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic technology and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment. You will conduct regular patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with visitors and staff. This position requires a valid driver's license, as driving is an essential part of your responsibilities. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help maintain a secure environment.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as required.
Assist visitors and employees with questions and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
Follow all company and client site protocols for security-related operations in a technology, media, and telecom environment.
