As an unarmed patrol officer at a leading tech and media location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the premises to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment. This position is a driving post. Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client contacts to support site-specific security-related objectives.
