As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your visible presence supports a secure environment for employees and visitors, and you will use your communication skills to handle inquiries and assist with access control. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of a dynamic tech and media environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents according to Allied Universal and client site protocols.
Support access control measures and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents as required by site protocols.
Collaborate with site personnel and/or emergency services when needed, following established procedures for the location.
