Job Description As a Security Officer - Tech/Media Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic tech and media location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling assigned areas by vehicle as well as on foot. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report findings to the appropriate personnel or authorities as needed.
• Assist with access control and visitor management according to site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with team members and site contacts regarding incidents, observations, or concerns.
