As a Front Desk Security Officer at a leading technology location, you will be the first point of contact, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will monitor entry points, assist visitors, and communicate professionally with staff and guests. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner, providing customer service while following all site-specific policies and procedures.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials for all persons entering or exiting the premises.
- Assist with visitor registration and maintain accurate visitor logs as required by site protocols.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as necessary.
- Communicate security-related information to the appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
- Support Allied Universal and client staff with security-related administrative tasks and front desk duties.
- Help to deter unauthorized activity through attentive presence and adherence to site procedures.
- Maintain a neat and orderly front desk area, ensuring all materials and equipment are properly managed.
