As a Dispatch Officer in a dynamic tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Being at least 21 years of age is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Operate as a dispatcher, coordinating communication between security-related personnel and responding to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access controls to help to deter unauthorized activity within the location.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Maintain clear and accurate communication with on-site security-related teams and management.
Assist with coordinating emergency response activities and/or drills as required by site policies.
Support regular and random patrols by guiding and dispatching security-related personnel throughout the business and perimeter areas, as applicable to the location.
Remain knowledgeable about site-specific procedures and protocols relevant to the tech, media, and telecom environment.
