As an unarmed patrol professional in a dynamic tech and media environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols provided by Allied Universal.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor for unusual activity and report observations according to established procedures.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or vendors, providing assistance as needed while upholding site policies.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Remain alert to potential hazards or security-related concerns within a tech and media environment, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
