As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a leading tech environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving during patrols. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns within the tech and media environment.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and patrols as required by site protocols.
Remain alert to potential security-related risks in a technology-focused setting and communicate any concerns to supervisors or site contacts.
