Job Description As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrol Driver in Prineville, OR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic tech and media location. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will support a secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the tech and media location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business environment and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious behavior, reporting findings according to site protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while upholding Allied Universal standards.
Document incidents and daily activities thoroughly and accurately as required by site-specific guidelines.
Remain alert to changes in the environment and respond appropriately to evolving situations within the tech and media setting.
