You will complete routine patrols, document observations, and communicate clearly with team members and onsite staff while delivering strong customer service. Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity, noting any unusual conditions and reporting them per post orders.
• Monitor access points, shipping and receiving areas, and/or parking areas, checking identification and maintaining visitor, contractor, and delivery logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete routine reports and documentation such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate significant updates during shift turnover.
