As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, assist tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. Requirements

A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance as needed.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying identification as required by site policies.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters.
