As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail center locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will interact with visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and respond to situations as needed. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall property, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members regarding security-related matters and site protocols. Document and report incidents, observations, and any maintenance or security-related issues following established procedures. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, supporting Allied Universal's commitment to a secure and welcoming environment in retail and mall settings. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
