As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business property and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity, helping to deter unwanted behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas within the commercial real estate location to help maintain a secure environment.
Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
Work collaboratively with property management and Allied Universal team members to address client concerns and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Remain alert to surroundings and promptly communicate any security-related issues or concerns to supervisors or law enforcement as necessary.
