About The Position

As a Security Officer - Secret Clearance Patrol Driver in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, supporting a secure environment through teamwork and integrity. Requirements

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any unusual circumstances.
Observe and report on activities and incidents at the location, maintaining detailed and accurate records as required.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and location personnel to help to maintain a secure environment.
Remain alert to potential security-related hazards and escalate issues as necessary according to site procedures.
