In this role, you will help monitor entry points, assist with badge and visitor processing, and respond to security-related concerns with care, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a strong team.

Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an automotive location.
Screen employees, visitors, and/or contractors entering the location by verifying credentials, following access protocols, and reporting concerns to site leadership.
Monitor entry points and screening equipment, document security-related activities, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors regarding site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random patrols around designated areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
