As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas on an educational campus, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting students and staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, students, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while on patrol at the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for educational environments.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout campus buildings, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor for unusual activity and/or potential hazards, reporting findings promptly to appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or providing directions to emergency personnel.
Document observations, incidents, and activities accurately in daily reports and/or logs as required by site procedures.
