As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage production location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, report concerns clearly, and deliver strong customer service to team members and visitors. Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma and/or GED.
Be 21+ years of age.
A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to all staff, contractors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter, including checks of doors, docks, and access points; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Monitor access control by verifying authorization at entry points, directing visitor and/or delivery traffic to designated areas, and supporting sign-in and badge issuance per site policy.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations, notifying appropriate personnel, and assisting with scene control until additional resources arrive.
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate noteworthy activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision, and follow post orders and escalation procedures.
