About The Position

As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a private club location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for service with clear communication and a customer-first mindset. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will document observations, assist members, guests, and staff, and support a team that leads with integrity.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, members, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the property, including buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
  • Monitor for unusual activity, potential hazards, and/or policy violations, and help to discourage unwanted behavior through a visible presence and professional communication.
  • Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in written reports and logs, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
