Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, observe and report unusual activity, and communicate clearly with employees and visitors while delivering customer service. Requirements

• Have 3+ years combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have access control and/or badge experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site management and/or Allied Universal supervision as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify identification when required by site policy, and assist with directing employees, customers, and vendors to appropriate locations.
• Complete patrol and incident documentation, communicate observations and concerns to the appropriate contacts, and support security-related investigations as requested.
