As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a retail location, you will conduct regular patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and remain highly visible to support a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will provide outstanding customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach in a dynamic retail setting.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for customers and staff.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted behavior within the retail environment.
Complete detailed reports and documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Work collaboratively with store personnel and/or management to address security-related concerns and support overall operations.
Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and site management to uphold site-specific protocols.
