About The Position

We are hiring Tactical Security in New Orleans! STARTING PAY: $20.00 / Hour / Pays weekly SHIFT: Must have open availability Must be comforatble with wearing teflon vests and Tactical boots MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS IN SECURITY WITH CONSISTENCY. THIS INCLUDES MLITARY OR LAW ENFORCEMENT (NOT CORRECTIONS) JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Conduct regular foot patrols and/or vehicle patrols in a retail store Ensure the safety and security of the premises by monitoring entrances, exits, and activity on the property. Respond to incidents and alarms promptly, escalating to chain of command. Maintain visibility and presence to deter potential security breaches Assist in enforcing company policies and local laws as needed. Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to management Document patrol routes and incidents accurately. INVITATION TO INTERVIEW WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL WITH DATE, TIME AND LOCATION. As a Retail Security Officer, you will serve, safeguard and more for our clients and their guests in a retail setting.

Requirements

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Former military or law enforcement experience preferred
• 5 years working in security
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and in emergency situations.
• Physical fitness to perform foot patrols.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
