As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent retail location, you will conduct regular vehicle patrols and help to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. This is a driving post that requires a valid driver's license. You will engage with visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity in a dynamic environment. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
This is primarily a driving post.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or disturbances within the premises.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and assisting with security-related investigations as needed.
Communicate clearly with team members, management, and/or law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies.
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and promptly following Allied Universal guidelines.
