As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout a retail location, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, assisting guests, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any security-related incidents or hazards encountered during patrols.
Assist visitors, customers, and/or employees with security-related concerns or directions as needed.
Work collaboratively with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related matters in a professional manner.
Complete required reports and documentation for incidents, patrols, and/or daily activities as directed by site procedures.
