As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and general areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support the overall security-related needs of the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, staff, and/or emergency responders as required.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or concerns according to established procedures.
Support the overall guest experience by providing information and assistance as needed while upholding Allied Universal standards.
