As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a renowned hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
A valid guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential disturbances.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unwanted behavior and assist guests as needed.
Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Collaborate with hotel staff and/or management to address concerns and support the security-related objectives of the location.
Remain visible and approachable to guests and employees, providing assistance and guidance as appropriate.
