As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol the grounds of a hotel and resort location, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with guests and staff, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting a welcoming environment. Requirements

This is primarily a driving post.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment for guests and employees.
Document incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols and site requirements.
Collaborate with hotel or resort staff to address security-related concerns and provide support during emergency response activities as needed.
Assist guests and employees with security-related matters and provide directions or information as appropriate.
