About The Position

As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols and remain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents at an automotive location. Your role will involve engaging with people, providing outstanding customer service, and upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activities in and around the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site leadership regarding incidents, observations, or unusual occurrences.
Complete required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and daily activities as directed by Allied Universal and site policy.
Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
