As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or hazards found during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.
Assist residents, visitors, and staff with security-related questions and access needs in a professional manner.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, following established communication procedures.
