As an unarmed driving patrol Officer supporting a government location, you will monitor assigned areas through routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. You will document observations, provide courteous customer service, and coordinate with site contacts while following Allied Universal standards. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by post.
• Monitor for irregular activity, hazards, and/or policy violations, and help to deter unwanted activity through high-visibility presence and timely communication.
• Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, document observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and on-site stakeholders.
