As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential locations to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible throughout the community, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting residents and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for residential locations.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives as required.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and observations during shifts.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and verifying the identity of individuals entering the property.
Support Allied Universal and the client by providing a visible security-related presence and promoting a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
