As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control while communicating clearly with staff and visitors. You will bring a customer-first approach while reporting concerns and assisting with alarm response as needed. Requirements

• Be 21+ Years of Age.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation and coordinating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial services location, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter points. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or policy violations.
• Complete required documentation such as incident reports, shift logs, and patrol observations, and communicate key information to oncoming personnel and site management.
