As a Front Desk Security Officer at a prestigious residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing a welcoming and professional presence. Your role involves monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and responding to requests with outstanding customer service. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your attentive presence and strong communication skills. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the residential building, verifying the identity of individuals entering and leaving the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with building management and/or emergency services.
Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and/or vendors, addressing questions and concerns while upholding Allied Universal standards.
Observe and report any security-related irregularities or suspicious activity at the front desk area.
