As a Security Officer - Residential Front Desk in Rochester, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a welcoming presence while supporting security-related protocols. Your role involves assisting with visitor management, monitoring access points, and helping to deter incidents through strong communication and exceptional customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet residents, guests, and/or visitors in a professional and courteous manner while monitoring access to the building.
Monitor the front desk area and entryways to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activity.
Follow site-specific procedures and protocols as outlined by Allied Universal and the location's policies.
Respond to incidents and/or critical situations at the front desk in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to visitor entries, incidents, and/or security-related activities.
Provide customer service while handling inquiries and assisting residents, guests, and/or visitors as needed.
Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to support the security-related needs of the location.
